Reconstitution
Allow the sealed vial to equilibrate to room temperature before opening. Introduce solvent slowly against the vial wall rather than directly onto the lyophilised cake. Swirl to dissolve; do not shake. Aliquot volumes are calculated by the researcher against the concentration required by the protocol.
Stability
Sealed vials are stable at -20°c for 24 months from the assay date on the certificate. Once reconstituted, hold at 2-8 degrees Celsius. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles; aliquot at first reconstitution if the material will be drawn more than twice.
Dispatch
