The name is not a pose. In this market the certificate is normally the thing you have to ask for — and asking is where the friction lives, because the answer arrives after you have already decided to trust someone.
We inverted the order
A lot cannot be listed here until its certificate is on file. Not “available on request”, not “emailed after purchase” — on the page, before the product is buyable, bound to the lot number printed on the vial you will receive.
That constraint is enforced in the system, not in a policy document. It means the catalogue is sometimes smaller than it could be. That is the trade, and we would rather make it visibly than quietly.
Who we sell to
Qualified researchers and licensed institutions, for in-vitro laboratory research. That is the whole market. We do not publish protocols, we do not describe outcomes, and we will not help anyone frame these materials as something they are not.
If you are looking for guidance on use in humans, we are the wrong supplier, and so is anyone who answers that question.
