Why does the powder look like a puck, or sit at an angle in the vial?
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) material forms a solid cake rather than a loose powder, and that cake can sit at an angle or break loose during transit. This is a physical characteristic of freeze-dried compounds and does not affect purity, potency, or usability.
