Our position in one line

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising — to anyone, for money or for anything else.

Why this page exists

Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, give you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. Those words have broad legal meanings that can cover more than exchanging data for cash. This page tells you plainly where we stand and how to exercise that right regardless.

What we actually do with your data

We use your information only to run the store: to take and fulfil your order, to match your Zelle payment to it, to send you order-related email, to provide support, and to keep the records the law requires. We share it only with the service providers who make those things happen — our host, our database and storage provider, our email provider, and shipping carriers — and only so they can perform that job for us. None of that is selling your data, and none of it is sharing it for advertising.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run cross-site tracking, and we do not build advertising profiles.

How to opt out anyway

Because we do not sell or share your personal information in the first place, there is nothing you need to switch off. But if you want confirmation, or you want us to record your opt-out preference on file, write to the contact address shown under "Who we are" below with the subject "Do not sell my information," and we will confirm in writing.

You may make this request yourself or through an authorized agent. We will not ask you to create an account to make it, and we will not discriminate against you for making it.
